Space Customization

We will gladly work with you on customizing your space to suit your needs both in upgrading the existing space and building out your own designs at reduced rates that will make economic sense. HVAC is available in all warehouse space if needed.

Zoning Information

Narcoossee Business Park is zoned as a PUD and allows specialty retail in the front of the property and warehouse, light industrial, manufacturing and wholesale uses in buildings 1 and 2. Retail is also allowed as an incidental use to the other uses so if you are a wholesaler but also include retail that is allowed if it is truly incidental and you can do that in any space. But if you are primarily retail you can only occupy the front buildings on the site. Other uses not named above may be accommodated.
