Our rates are from $35 per square foot less 40% or $20 plus $2.50 estimated CAM charges. Small office warehouse space from 500 to 1500 square foot from $20 per square foot less 20% or $8.00 plus estimated CAM charges of $2.50. Office warehouse bays ranging from square feet with 1600 square feet of office to 50,000 square feet with 5,000 square feet of office and leasing from $6. Reduced to $4.80 per square foot plus estimated Cam charges of $2.50. Spaces can have office space enlarged.
